We’ll begin with 20 minutes on the bike set to feely, emotionally driven tracks—think chill vocals, moody melodies, and songs that let you ride in your feelings. No choreography, minimal cues—just space to move at your own pace and tune inward.


Then we’ll move to the mat for 40 minutes of deep stretching and mobility, focusing on long holds, gentle movement, and breathwork to release tension and unwind.


This class isn’t about intensity or performance. It’s about decompression, recovery, and giving your body a break.
