We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class start time will result in the loss of that class credit.
We’re currently reviewing options for potential cancellation fees in the future if needed, and will keep everyone informed of any changes.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up. For safety reasons, we may not allow entry once class has started.
Most classes are 45–60 minutes. Check the schedule for specific class durations.

You can book your spot up to 6 weeks in advance. Popular class times can fill quickly, so we recommend reserving early!
Bring a water bottle, sweat towel, and clean workout shoes.
For spin classes, special cycling shoes are not required — regular training shoes with a firm, not-too-thick sole work perfectly.
If you prefer to use cycling shoes, please make sure they have SPD-compatible cleats to fit our bikes.
Yes! Our studio is equipped with lockers, showers, and two washrooms for your convenience.
Please let your instructor know before class so they can suggest modifications that keep your workout safe and effective.

Yes! We have a limited number of parking spots directly in front of the studio.
There’s also plenty of street parking along Progress Drive, and you’re welcome to park at the back of the unit as well.

Yes! Participants must be 14 years or older to join regular classes, and a signed parental liability waiver is required for anyone under 18.
For spin classes, participants must also be at least 4'10" tall.
We also offer a special kids’ class called Mini Movers on Saturdays at 10:30am, designed specifically for younger participants.
