Turning 40 was my wake-up call, and I knew I needed to prioritize ME! In February, I took my first spin class, and it was love at first ride!

In 2014, I started my fitness journey in a difficult place, underweight and malnourished, with a desire to become stronger. I quickly fell in love with strength training, and over the years, eventually discovered powerlifting. I spent a few years putting in a lot of work to become the strongest and most powerful version of myself, and this truly set my passion for fitness on fire! Though cardio was never my favourite, discovering spin classes at HQ in 2022 changed that. The way it made me feel, inspired me to begin leading classes myself; sharing the joy of fitness, and helping others grow, transform, and feel their best. I look forward to what the future brings for my journey of leading more fitness classes!
