With years of experience, long-term client relationships, and a track record of results, I’ve seen firsthand what consistency can do. Whether we’re in a strength session or firing up Glute Camp, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy the process.

Hi, I’m Cass. I’m a mom of two, I work full-time, and I am co-owner of Spin & Strength Co. I’ve been a personal trainer for years because I genuinely love helping people reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and feel strong from the inside out. Watching someone realize their own strength is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Even as a coach, I’ve had my own struggles. When my mental health took a hit, spinning became my safe space. It helped me reset, breathe, and find clarity during a really difficult time. That experience made me even more passionate about creating a space where people feel supported, empowered, and seen.

Hi, I’m Nicole! My passion for fitness began with two simple goals: to feel good in my body and to prepare for a healthy and active future. Knowing that I have a family history of diabetes and heart disease, I became motivated to take control of my health for my future—and I want to help you do the same. Through running, strength training, and a focus on healthy nutrition, I’ve found a balance that works, and I’m excited to share that knowledge and passion with others.
I believe in your ability to achieve anything you set your mind to. Whether you’re coming in for your first class or lifting your heaviest weight, I’ll be there to support you and cheer you on! I became a Personal Trainer because I found my passion in health, strength, and showing up as my best self—and now I’m here to help YOU do the same.

This journey is personal for me. I grew up struggling with weight, confidence, and feeling unheard. Now I’m turning that story around by showing up, learning, facing my fears, and proving that we CAN chase our goals and absolutely crush them.

In 2014, I started my fitness journey in a difficult place, underweight and malnourished, with a desire to become stronger. I quickly fell in love with strength training, and over the years, eventually discovered powerlifting. I spent a few years putting in a lot of work to become the strongest and most powerful version of myself, and this truly set my passion for fitness on fire!
Though cardio was never my favourite, discovering spin classes in 2022 changed that. The way it made me feel, inspired me to begin leading classes myself; sharing the joy of fitness, and helping others grow, transform, and feel their best.
I look forward to what the future brings for my journey of leading more fitness classes!

Health and fitness have always played a role in my life, but it wasn’t until my mid-30s that I truly leaned in. I realized it wasn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about longevity, strength, and overall wellness.
Funny enough, I used to avoid group fitness classes like the plague—and now here I am, up on the podium leading them. What changed? Spin did. The energy, the people, the music, the vibe. This community transformed my life, and now I want to help it transform yours.

Hi! I’m Jules. Come and move with me! I have spent decades coaching and teaching movement from gymnastics and acrobatics to group fitness and yoga. I truly love helping people feel strong and confident in their own bodies. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, NCCP-qualified Gymnastics coach, Acrobatic Arts of Canada Level 2 certified, and a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor.
My classes are all about education, progress and safety all while feeling good while you move. I aim to create a supportive and welcoming space where everyone can grow at their own pace, have fun, and build a little community along the way. I can’t wait to move with you!

Hi, I'm Candice. I'm a Mom of two boys that eat, sleep and live for extreme sports. A lot of my family time has been spent at Motocross tracks all over Ontario to support my kids when they race.
I've always been into fitness and music and discovered indoor Cycling when my knee’s could no longer take long distance running.
I have been coaching for over 2 years and love delivering high-energy rides powered by motivation, sweat, and music from every genre.

I’m a co-founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting mothers in need, and I truly love being part of people’s journeys—celebrating strength, confidence, and progress along the way.
I’ve been part of the Spin & Strength Co. family for over two years, and I am SO excited to be teaching and helping grow this incredible, high-energy community. My classes are all about empowerment, connection, and leaving the studio feeling stronger—physically and mentally—than when you walked in.

Hi I’m Nicki! From the time I was 7 years old, I have lived and breathed movement — spending more than a decade immersed in dance before falling in love with strength training and the gym environment. For me, fitness has never just been about the physical results — it has always been a place of clarity, confidence, and emotional reset.
As a mom of three active kids in sports, life can be full-speed — and the gym has become my space to feel human again, to breathe, to heal, and to remind myself of who I am outside of the chaos of schedules and responsibilities. Spin & Strength has been my sanctuary — a space where I believe every person feels welcome, supported, and capable of more than they think. As someone who used to hate cardio. I’ve discovered a new love of Spin classes. The music, the energy, and the feeling of people coming together to celebrate is a feeling you truly can’t explain until you see for yourself.

Hi, my name’s Hailey. I’m a busy mom of two girls, a business owner, and a huge believer that fitness is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves — and our kids. I’ve always made movement a priority, even spinning through pregnancy, because strength matters in every season of life.
Spin class has always been my therapy — my reset, my escape, and my time to show up for myself. I’m so excited to be teaching Spin 101 for beginners, moms, and everyone in between. Come exactly as you are — this is a judgment-free space where we’ll grow stronger together!

Hey! I’m Kirsten. Growing up, I always loved playing competitive sports. However, during university, I stopped participating in these activities and noticed I wasn’t as active as before. I soon realized how much this affected both my mental and physical well-being. Determined to become the best version of myself, I became committed to prioritizing my health and wellness.
Recently, I discovered a true passion for Spin when I joined Spin & Strength Co. The studio’s energy was unlike anything I’d ever experienced. Inspired by that atmosphere, I decided to become a Spin Coach so I could help create that feeling for others.
To me, fitness should be empowering and enjoyable. My goal is to make every ride a chance for you to challenge yourself and recognize your progress—whether it’s your first class or your thousandth.

I’m a Personal Trainer, Fitness and Pilates Instructor with 20 years of experience, specializing in women’s health. As a certified Menopause Coach and Pelvic Floor Specialist, I support women through every stage of life. After navigating my own body image and pelvic floor challenges following the birth of my three children, I made it my mission to help women feel confident, strong, and at home in their bodies—on their own terms.

Fitness has been my ride-or-die for years, and I love it with all my heart ❤️ sharing that love with others is my favorite part. While working at the Red Cross, I saw so many of my clients lacking mobility and strength, so I changed my career path to help inspire people to move and get strong. I love getting lost in a beat and thinking how I can use a song in a class, that’s me in my element! I bring high energy, positive vibes, and just the right amount of sass to every class.
